Terms of Service

Before starting:

  • I can draw:

  • Original/Fan Characters.

  • Simple backgrounds.

  • Cute animals.

  • Fanart.

  • Furry (limited in style)

  • Echi

  • I can’t draw:

  • Mecha.

  • Complex armor.

  • Pornography.

  • Realism.

  • Gore.

  • These terms may change at any time without prior notice.

  • My artwork may be used for personal display, such as profile pictures, banners, posting on social media with credit to the artist (SayuAgatsuma), or personal printing. It may not be used for profit without prior agreement.

  • I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.

  • I may reject a request if I am not comfortable with it or if it significantly deviates from my art style. I do not adapt or imitate the style of other artists; by commissioning me, you agree to receive my own art style.

  • AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.

  • I reserve the right to post work-in-progress images and the final artwork on my social media and portfolio. You may request privacy (NDA), which requires an additional fee.

  • I have the right to charge an extra if I consider that the work is too difficult or detailed.

  • The works will have a watermark (Strategically located so that they can use the art without problems)

  • Once the work is delivered and you request a change, which has not been clarified at first, it will have a cost of $ 2 (usd) per correction.

  • Depending on the queue, delivery may take from 1 week up to 2 months.

  • Completion time depends on complexity, queue position, health, or personal circumstances. I will keep you informed if any delays occur.

  • Reselling or redistributing the artwork is prohibited.

  • The artwork may not be modified or edited without my consent.

  • Payments are by PayPal (usd).

  • The full payment of the commission must be paid before starting to make it plus 5% of the commission for using PayPal.

  • A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee applies if you request that your commission not be posted publicly or used in my portfolio.

  • You may cancel a commission before payment is made.

  • Once payment is received, refunds are not available.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. By commissioning me, you are purchasing usage rights, not ownership.

  • Commissions are for personal and non-commercial use only (merchandise, game assets, prints, etc.).

  • If you are interested in commercial use or merchandise, an additional fee will apply.
