Before starting:

These terms may change at any time without prior notice.
I can reject your idea if I am not comfortable with your request or if the order deviates from my art style.
I will not adapt to the style of another artist ,if you wish to acquire my services please respect my style of art.
Resale of my art is strictly prohibited.
Do not use these artworks for NFT conversion or any other variant.
You are not allowed to modify in any way without my permission or take credit for my art.
I can publish the process in my social networks and use the final work as a portfolio, you may request that I do not (additional fee applies).
I have the right to charge an extra if I consider that the work is too difficult or detailed.
The works will have a watermark (Strategically located so that they can use the art without problems)
Once the work is delivered and you request a change, which has not been clarified at first, it will have a cost of $ 5 (usd) per correction.
Jobs have a waiting time of 10 to 15 days or more, depending on the difficulty of the job and the demand for orders.

Payments are by PayPal (usd).
The full payment of the commission must be paid before starting to make it plus 5% of the commission for using PayPal.
To commission you must agree with everything raised
I am not responsible for any inconvenience if you decide not to read these terms.
No refunds are made.

COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

The commissions are for personal and non-commercial use (merch, game art, prints, etc.), if you are interested in making merchandise you will have to pay an additional per item as royalties / purchase of rights.
Intellectual property and credits will still be held by the artist
